Description
I realized I messed up the angle on SAGE's face, but it's hard to correct at this point.
---------
"Wasn't I supposed to be the one comforting her, she was the dead one! All I could do was cry..."
Taken from this page of 's SAGE OS-tan fanfic series, in 1973, SAGE-san met up with her mother Whirlwind-hime in her final moments.
Years of experimentation to cybernetically enhance Whirlwind only caused her more damage and had spent the last 10 or so years in a semi-comatose state.

Oh lawd that chapter shred my heartstrings to ribbons. ;.; I already critiqued this drawing but let me state again that Whirlwind-hime looks positively lovely here, graceful right to the end that one... -v-
Being transistorized (however that would equate in OS-tan terms) did a lot of harm to her, but PDP 1-chan wouldn't have been born without it happening... so some good (and the DEC-tans and all minicomputers as we know them) did come out of it.
